On Saturday, we headed out in search of a perfect Christmas tree. Tall, but not too tall. The perfect color of green and just the right amount of girth. The Bennett's, the Schachers, and grammy took all the kiddos up to Reinharts Christmas Tree Farm to search out and cut our respective family Christmas trees. There are a couple of problems with Christmas tree farms in my view. First, if you find a good tree and don't cut it right then, you won't ever find it again. Second, trees always seem a lot smaller than they really are when in the company of hundreds of other trees and lastly, there is no good place to change a diaper. That being said, we had a really good time and did find fantastic Christmas trees!
