Muffin Tin Monday

I have been meaning to let you guys in on a fun little secret, although I had planned to share it on a Monday. A couple of months ago at MOPS, they shared the idea of serving your kiddos food in muffin tins on Mondays (hence the name muffin tin Monday). Honestly, there is nothing oh, so spectacular or special about this other than the fact that it is a fun way to encourage our kiddos to try different food, and encourage us (mommy's) to find new things to add to the same ole' boring lunch hour. Logan thinks it is kind of fun and I find myself hunting for new things to go in the muffin tins. Who knows, maybe you will be bored some Monday and grab this idea out of your bag of mommy tricks.
